Rocky Scones

300g flour, 85-150g Butter (depending on how rich you want them), 100G dried fruit, 50g Sugar (or replace with another 50-100g of fruit), baking powder - 1 tsp (3tsp if using plain vs self-raising), 150ml milk (keep a little for glazing). For richer cake add an egg, and use some of beaten egg for glazing. Rub fat into flour, mix in dry ingredients, sir in liquid and lightly beat to make softish dough, Roll, patt or spoon into 'balls' on baking tray. Bake at ~200C for ~12 minutes. Turn out onto a tray. Enjoy same day.

No knead bread

300g flour 150ml water (more probably - enough to make a wet dough), 1 sachet yeast. Add crushed nuts for flavour and texture. Cook for about 15-20 minutes (rolls) at 200C. Loaf will take 30-35 or more
